Introduction
Rules for vidhawa punarvivah
1. The applicant woman is a native of Rajasthan state or has been residing in Rajasthan for a period of three years from the date of remarriage.
2. The applicant woman is a widow or is leading a virtuous life.
3. If the applicant woman has not remarried before the implementation of the scheme, then she is eligible for the scheme.
4. The age of the applicant widow should be between 18-50 years.
5. The applicant woman should be eligible for Widow Pension.
6. No other member of the family of the widowed woman should be twenty or more than twenty years of age.
