Inter caste Marriage - Dr. Savita Ben Ambedkar Antarjatiya Vivah Prothsahan Yojana
Introduction
1. One of the applicants should be from the general category and the other should be from the scheduled caste.
2. Both applicant should be native from Rajasthan.
3. At the time of applying, the age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years and only female above 18 years and male above 21 years can apply.
4. Applicant should not have any criminal record.
5. The couple should not be a beneficiary of any such other government scheme.
6. There should be no case of remarriage, the benefit of this scheme is given only on the first marriage.
7. A man who marries a widow shall be free from the contract of first marriage.
8. Married couples will be eligible for this scheme only if they have applied for the scheme within one year of getting married.
